The caterpillars can grow to about 6 inches. The one in the picture is about 5 inches.

Here is a picture taken this morning of my bananas.

OK, that's a relief, I was worried it was like 2 feet long and I was going to be too afraid to come to St. Croix!

It's one very, very cool caterpillar, just needs a hookah!
