While the pink Strat and the other hollowbody (I think it is) that Bob is currently playing are sweet, I've been itching to hear a sizzling black Ibanez cutting across the grain again... Bob's little offbeat riffs that he threw against Jerry's and now John's leads add so much. I wonder if there is any chance of him switching it up, maybe for the upcoming summer tour...

I'm really happy Weir has been moving back to his strong suit.. a cleaner, warmer sound. The newer guitars sound much better than the big blue one he played for a few years there as his #1. Cowboy Fancy is my all time favorite Weir axe. Damn that guitar sounded sweet."if you don't like the news go out and make some of your own" -
