Greetings! You are right on top of things! I just returned from that thread, and put to rest any other ideas about simplifying that game. Choosing openers, closers, and the encore were already part of my vision, and your allowance for 5 bonus picks seems judicious enough. Eliminating the need to check (30+) entire set lists ought to save a considerable amount of time and reduce the chance of mistakes. (I tried tallying scores a few times and seemed to always miss a few songs.)Thank You Jerry-
