trying to figure out what they are breaking into and remembering what they are finishing up
dancing even though the music stopped and you realized you the only left in the venue
they always play my favorite song...the one they are playing

Wow. I was gonna post something very similar to this! So instead I'll post......

in 42 years seeing hundreds of shows, STILL can hardly wait for the next one

seeing parents bring their kids and the kids become converts....when was the last time you dug YOUR parents music?

Lesh

Weir

Jerry

Brent

Pigpen

Sunshine Becker Garcia

Jeff Chimenti

seeing Furthur four times over a few months the only repeat was "The End" which is the most iconic profound song ever written

where else can you stand and dance for four hours without feeling fatigue

meeting friends from age 15 to 75

listening to Furthur soundboard Cds in the car which were available minutes after the show

Lesh

Garcia

Weir

the drummers including Russo

DSO

strangers meeting strangers

if we can't dance we will crawl

THE MUSIC MAKES US HIGH!

Lesh is over 70 and looks 50

the guest stars ala costello, haynes, clarence, brandon marsalis, susan vega, jackie green

the orgasm at the end of morning dew

china cat

sugar magnolia

the music plays the band

bringing my 23 year old Lithuanian husband and he became a convert

seeing them in 1969 at the Fillmore when tix were 3.50 4.50 and 6.50

dylan and the dead

good drugs

and most of all THE COMMUNITY!!!
come and join the party every day!
