I understand trying to get every mile out of it. I have a '97 with about 220,000 on it (also a back up) still goin strong (more or less). Here's hoping it is nothing more than battery, alternator, or maybe just a broken belt so you get 200,000 + miles on it.
Thank You Cody, we are forever Grateful!

Poor girl! Here's hoping swapping out for a new battery will have you truckin' along in no time! Of course, if you want a new car then we can vibe for something something more serious, but I'll wait for your permission before I go that far. Good luck!

Yeah its an '02 so its getting to the end. But its the back up vehicle so I want to get every mile I can out of it before giving up. At least Im close to the repair place luckily thats one goox thing. And the kind words help a LOT!!!

Getting to the end? ----- thats a pretty new car in my book!

I wish you the best of luck with it and hope it's just a cheap simple repair, which it sounds like it should be enless its some electrical problem or something. The main thing is it didn't cause you to miss a show cause of it (and of course that your safe) .....

Well, the car is safely in the shop, don't know the diagnosis or damage yet, and I'm safely back in air conditioning. Even got taken out for a nice meal. So all is well, and though it wasn't a fun afternoon, it sure wasn't that bad as far as car break-downs go! I'm very, very grateful for that!! And having the board to come vent to (while I still had phone battery) made it much less stressful. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU all for the good wishes and vibes!! It helped so much!!

Sounds like everything turned out alright. Good news.
I can't come down, it's plain to see.
I can't come down, I've been set free.

Damn it's 90 already??

Glad you are ok..
I went walkin' out last summer
Tryin' to find a breath of air
I went walkin' on the mountain
A friend had told me I'd find you there
