nick's come over here with the expressed desire to beat strummer/duke's record for getting banned. folks over on pz have suggested he act like an adult for years, but he and synchophants (timmy hoover and okie, to name a couple) think his shtick is somekind of superior humor (comparing him to jerry lewis of all folks) and proudly promote it. so i doubt you're gonna see any change from him.

however, since this community already seems to be onto him and his chronic lameness, maybe the best thing to do would be not give him the satisfaction of banning him, but just let good old community shunning take it's course and let him twist in the wind. just a suggestion...
