wavy is a cosmic clown, not a gag comic. he was one of the original brothers, and with the hog farm, helped create the entire vibe of the scene. he sure ain't no moocher; jerry saw him as a bro. check out the new movie about him, saint misbehavin'. i think it will clue you in to just what an amazing clown/fool the dude is and has always been...
