Phil, while an incredible musician and bass player, does not play in the pocket. Which bass players do you think have the most pocket in their playing?

My list:

Billy Bass Nelson, Boogie Mosson and Lige Curry of P-Funk top the list.
Furious E
Joe Lee of Star '69
Richard Smith of Muruga's many bands

All of these are people I have played with several times. Probably due being more aware of the pocket while playing than while listening.
