That stand-up bass was cool and Phil looked good playin' it - although he used the Ritter for the 70th bday acoustic set, so he might agree with Shag (in a kind FURTHUR board kind of way).
btw, this Phan would love a birthday acoustic set for my first show of the tour

Agreed.
I just think it stifles his talent and sound a bit in comparison.
Seemed like he had to pay more mind to watching what he was doing and couldn't let it just flow out as usual.-
