...was staring at the little blotch of sunshine with a special intensity, considering lying down in it.

that was one of the hardest tickets to obtain on that entire tour. it was the very first person i met from this forum, neverstops66, who hooked me up with the ticket. while the show was not as great as it may look on paper, it was fun, and the one and only "to lay me down" was worth the price of admission alone.

Yeah this was the only show i saw that spring, I love the fox. I saw the simpsonville and Atlanta show on the summer tour and they had all the energy i thought was missing at the fox, minus first set in Alpharetta, energy level was way low but that changed by 2nd set.

Had to go back and listen to the fox and it sounds better to me now than how i remembered tho.

earlier:
Gone - Let's Get Real Real Gone for a Change (1986) - Greg Ginn of Black Flag - pining for more The Process of Weeding Out, but it really doesn't do it for me - not a difficult listen, though.

now:
Hawkwind - Electric Tepee (1992) - a surprisingly solid album from later on - some really powerful, outer space rockers found here.

later:
Kawaguchi Masami's New Rock Syndicate - The Psychedelic Sounds of New Rock Syndicate (2011) - quality Japanese psych.
