Couldn't have said it much better than that.

I bought a bottle of Firestone 15th anniversary Ale
wow! I can't believe I spent almost 20 bucks on it
saving it in my cellar (bookshelf)
Anyone ever try it?
The Liquor store guy talked me into it.

Don't know about that one. Yes, aging (cellaring) will help a good beer, be better. But don't let it go too long.
It will start to go bad after a certain point. Do some research.

Yes Firestone Walker's Anniversary blends are very tasty! You wont be disappointed...try to sit it down for at least 6 months.

I had an 11,12,13 and 14 anniversary vertical last month and they were all incredible...But for this years 15th I decided that I was not gonna pay $19.99 for a bottle.

It will be good, but I just wont do it anymore.

My Favorite beer is Avery Majaraja - Imperial IPA

I'm a big Mad Elf fan. Several places around here have it on tap. I picked up a few bottles and put them away for next year. Those Belgian style ales age nicely. Picked up a case of St. Bernardus last year, broke some out just before Christmas and it was perfect!
