This is the first I've heard that. Is it confirmed, or just speculation?I can't come down, it's plain to see.
I can't come down, I've been set free.

Had a friend who was into SCI and they brought hula hoops to the show. Interesting bunch of folks, she certainly was. I think it is blue grass music. Why not. ok with me.-

Not familiar with all of their music. I've seen them once, on the Cheese/Dog tour, 2006. I wouldn't hate it. : )I can't come down, it's plain to see.

I'm a fan, SCI is pretty darned good. They are another good jam band who was inspired by and nods to the Grateful Dead. SCI's musical genres are Progressive bluegrass, country, neo-psychedelia, jam band. But they don't tour enough anymore these days, something they need to rectify, "pretty darned quick", as Pigpen said at the acid test...

Thanks. You've described it way better than I could. : )I can't come down, it's plain to see.

I wouldn't like it if it meant Furthur was going to have to play shorter shows, or, god forbid, only one set. They're fun, but I
wouldn't want to sacrifice any of the music I love for them.I can't come down, it's plain to see.

I don't understand this desire for an opener. Add another band, add more money. I have no interest in paying a dime more to see acts like string cheese, WSP or the likes (personal preference). Go to a festival if you want to see other music, but IMO, Furthur has NO space for an opener. -
