For those interested in vending in Binghamton, I spoke to Matt Ryan (the Mayor) f2f tonight, he's thinking we can shut down State St from Court St to Hawley St and vendors can set up along one side of the street leaving the other half for folks to walk up and down. $50/set up.

Should have the all clear tomorrow.

Provided all is a go, vending space will be limited to that quadrant of State St so first come first serve.

Everything is a GO for vendors to set up ON State St. I just confirmed this with the Mayor.

At 1pm they will shut the street down and allow vendors to set up.
