Never used them before, wondering if anyone has any idea on when we can expect them to send out the tickets?

Hearing others say they have gotten them already, what gives?

I never have either but the confirmation email I got said expect them about a month ahead of time. Hope this helps-and is true...

im a first timer as well my reciept says they will be sent via 2 nd day air 2 weeks before show ,makes no sense to charge for 2 nd air then wait till a month or more goes by coulda sent sent registered mail and get em in a week,at least they are holding them,dont have a chanec for me to loose them haha

Tickets ship approximately one (1) month prior to the event. All tickets ship by UPS 2nd Day Air. You will receive an e-mail with detailed tracking information when the tickets ship. If you do not receive your tickets within 72 hours of the event, then please contact us.


This is the line from the confirmation email I got. The 2nd day air thing is just another way to get more money it seems

thanks guys, I did see those details, just was looking for something more. We should stay in touch as those timelines approch. BTW whcih stops are you guyes heading to?

I'm going to Bethel, Jones Beach, SPAC and Canadaigua ( if I get tix for them all- still waiting for mail order)

we've used frontgate several times- they say 1 mnth prior but usually is 2 wks or so before show- when email saying sent comes ,it means they've printed a label- keep checking tracking for when truly ships- hope this helps-
