Scratch that! Sirius has announced earlier today, they will be streaming the NYE show.

It was announced on the "Tales from the Golden Road" show, by David Gans. If it isn't on the schedule, it will be soon.
I don't have the direct link, but anyone can get a free trial of Sirius. Check out their site. Get the free trial, enjoy the show.
