I hope your not paying attention to the "Furthur Tour" page. That's a fan page, that intentionally misleads to get lots of likes and views. All info from there is speculation at best. Don't believe it.

Slowly easing back into the real world here. First day back at work wasn't bad at all. I'm gonna need some cover bands to hold me over until the east coast fall tour is announced :). It was great seeing everyone. I'm real sorry I missed you ('83) at Bethel.

not sure what the plan is im going to set up in lot D top of the hill its on the venue map,preferred parking im not going to do all the work i did last year,too much money. not sure what everyones plans are seems they have been meeting at the golden arrow but im hearing that will stay at the campground,more than welcome to comeby meim hoping to grab a picnic table and will bring my grill and some food maybe we can do a pot luck type thing everyone bring something last time only a few showed

That is so sad about Tie Dye Dave. RIP! I think I got one of his pins in Madison, WI. I was walking shakedown and this guy told me to come over to his booth and he handed me a pin. Such a nice gesture.

83msg- good luck with all that! be careful what you do in your front yard- disability cases are awful- my hubs had to go through a bunch of stuff with comp- he was crushed under a drywall cart and blew out his ankle/foot after a year with pins and screws and surgery- took forever for comp to kick in- they said he would never walk right- said he would never climb a ladder- thanks God that they were wrong- he got a 27 % loss and got a real shitty settlement- but lifetime medical on the foot/ankle. They love to catch people doing stuff and try to prove they are not too injured. good luck with all of it!

83msg1sttyme on Friday, 06 April 2012 10:34yeah i hear ya i asked about the lifetime medical apparently they have changed the rulesin july 2007 and basicly it goes " you have been under treatment for so long that you have reached peak improvment and no more treatment will help and they wont give out lifetime medical anymore.because id rather have the medical i even asked what if 10 yrs down the road i need surgury? tough its on you.thinking might be best to take the money and sock it away .thanks for your input i appriciate everyones opinions

Any suggestions from your attorney's? With a 1/3 interest your interests are usually aligned. If you have been offered a settlement then I believe you have a better than 50 / 50 shot should you need to go to court. For what its worth, I took a similar settlement years ago, but my other insurance pays now if I need an epidural steroid injection or even PT.

Good luck, 83!! It's hard to turn down medical, but if you have access to insurance elsewhere, an ongoing case is a lot of stress to go through for nothing or not much. Hang in there!!
